SBG was always the place to be for seminars from the top MMA guys around and 2011 is no different.
Last week saw Luke "the Killer" Corcoran doing a one day Judo for BJJ/MMA seminar which was a great success. Along with gripping tactics and tactical techniques he taught some essential judo takedowns used in BJJ and MMA on the Irish Circuit also the Koshi Garuma (head and arm throw) and o-soto-gari (outside sweep). Luke said that since competing in BJJ and MMA these techniques and their variations are the most common takedown attempts and if you dont learn them then you'll get caught by them!

Matt will be coaching some new BJJ positional drills they have been working on in Portland. This seminar will help elevate your grappling game to a new level. You will need a Gi for this day. There will also be a belt testing on during the 12-2pm section.
