John Kavanagh Irelands first BJJ black belt and mma fighter in the cage! John is a world class coach and runs the straight blast gym in Dublin. The 3 hour workshop will be an introduction to bjj, and will launch bjj in athlone. The workshop is for any level of fitness, or martial arts experience and will showcase the art to anyone interested in taking it up. But even if you are training in bjj already, to get the opportunity to train with such an experienced fighter/coach will be amazing, and will increase your knowledge and ability!

The price of the workshop will be 30 euro and a deposit of 10 euro will secure your place, as numbers will be limited.
