Also on this star studded card is Artem Lobov Vs Ian Turner for the Lightweight bout.

Nov 27 - Cage Warriors 39 - The Uprising

Good luck to our SBG Fight team members competing this month; Aisling Daly, Artem Lobov, Philip Mulpeter, Conor McGregor and Cathal Pendred (Cagecontender Title Holder)

Coming off the back of Cage Warriors 38:' Young Guns' which rocked the HMV forum in Kentish Town London, the new management behind one of UK's oldest and most respected MMA brands now have their sights set on the 'Rebel City' when they invade the Republic of Ireland for their next show on November 27th.
Entitled Cage Warriors 39: 'The Uprising' this event will feature some of the best fighters from around the UK and Ireland as they take on European and US based opposition. Whilst this card will also include several exciting domestic clashes and a full undercard featuring up-and-coming local talent.
This event is due to take place at the 1600 seater Neptune Stadium in Cork City, and will be a night, not to be missed !!!!

********Update: Ais Daly and Cathal Pendred won by unanimous decision. Conor McGregor and James Heelan lost by sub. Artem Lobov lost by dec. SBG Team learnt a lot, and as usual John Kavanagh is a very proud coach and "can't wait to get back to the gym! :)"

Big Ken didnt get the win but for a first fight made a great effort. Joey and Luke looked like pros and paddy..WOW..gets more and more dangerous every fight!
