Darragh O Conaill, Kamil Rutkowski and Joey Breslin are all competing on Sunday in the british no gi championships......we wish them all the best and have no doubts they will fly the flag for SBG!

Well done to Andy White from the SBG teens class who put up a great losing performance against Davide Ianelli (Team Sapo/Fianna MMA) at Barry Oglesby's Irish Combat Championships.
From Karl Redmond Davide looked great and got the KO late in the 3rd round but Andy showed great heart and came close with a few armbars, neither of them stopped working for a second. It was the best fight of the day and Andy will come back stronger next time!
